All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Pitor are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pitor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
