By accessing or using the services provided by Pitor ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Pitor provides cloud hosting, VPS servers, shared hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related web infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

  • All fees are due in accordance with the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Existing services will be honored until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your services.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, if applicable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing activities.
  • Host content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or networks.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Service credits may be issued for extended outages in accordance with our SLA policy.

7. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our services.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
  • We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Pitor are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pitor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
  • We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pitor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
